As Christmas is around the corner we are choosing the perfect gifts for our loved ones, baking gingerbread and decorating our Christmas Trees. Christmas is the perfect time to help others who are not as fortunate as us.
The Epoch Force For Good Collection helps to make a difference in the lives of people in Malawi, and for every product sold, $0.25 is donated to the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation. In addition, if you purchase the Epoch collection, Nu Skin will also donate 4 Euro to the School of Agriculture for Family Independence (SAFI) which teaches farmers about sustainable fish, farming, drig irrigation etc. The Epoch Force For Good Collection is available from Nu Skin, for £126.88.
To spread the word, I created a relaxing routine using these product. I am also hosting a giveaway with Nu Skin which will run until the 3rd of January 2018. Terms and conditions of the giveaway are listed at the end of this post.
What is in the box?
– Ava Puhi Moni Shampoo and Light Conditioner
– IceDancer – Invigorating Leg Gel
– Glacial Marine Mud – Face and Body Mask
– Firewalker – Relaxing Foot Cream
– Sole Solution – Foot Treatment
– Baobab Body Butter
Step 1 – Ava Puhi Moni Shampoo and Light Conditioner
Turn off all the lights, light up your aromatic candles, and play your favourite playlist. Turn on the shower and once the water is warm, get in! When your hair is wet, pour a small amount of the shampoo in your palm and massage it in, starting above your forehead and moving towards your neck. Once you finish, wash out the shampoo and apply the shampoo again to deeply cleanse the hair.
This shampoo is perfect if you wash your hair on daily basis. Ava Puhi extract comes from a Ginger Plant, which helps to cleanse and add shine to your hair. The shampoo gently cleanses the hair, and the light conditioner hydrates it without weighting it down.
Step 2 – Glacial Marine Mud Mask
Once you are out of the shower apply the Glacial Marine Mud Mask on your body and face and wait for 10 minutes, or until you see that the clay is dry. The sea botanicals draw out dirt, impurities and excess oil from the skin, leaving it fresh, cleansed and glowing. I like to spray a bit of water on my face during the treatment to prevent the clay from drying completely.
Once the 10 minutes have passed, wash off the mask using circular motion. When your skin is completely clean, turn off the water and pat your skin dry with a warm towel.
Step 3 – Baobab Body Butter
As the mask is quite drying, it is important to hydrate your skin right after the shower. The Baobab Body Butter is perfect for this as it is very rich and nourishing. It has a delicate, slightly sweet smell, which also helps to relax. Apply it on your entire body and let it sink in.
Step 4 – IceDancer Invigorating Leg Gel
After a busy day, I often feel that my legs are very tired. The IceDancer Gel is perfect for relaxing and refreshing your legs. Made with Natural wild mint, horse chestnut, eucalyptus and peppermint, the gel has a cooling and soothing effects. The gel quickly absorbs into the skin, and brings immediate relief to your tired muscles. The refreshing minty scent also helps to relax your mind.
Step 5 – Sole Solution Foot Treatment
You can either use Sole Solution Foot Cream or the Firewalker Refreshing Foot Cream. The Sole Solution is a more intense treatment for when you have rough, dry and cracked feet. It not only hydrates the dry surface, but works on the underlying cause of dry skin, and exfoliates the dry patches of skin. So if you feel that your feet are very dry, apply the Sole Solution generously on dry skin areas.
Firewalker Refreshing Foot Cream
If your feet just need everyday hydration, use the Firewalker Refreshing Foot Cream. Massage it gently into the skin to hydrate and relax after a long day.
Step 6 – Put on fuzzy socks, make yourself some tea, watch Netflix and relax 🙂
