Hi Beauty!
Over the last 3 months you saw me go to Pulse Light Clinic to try laser hair removal. My first post that I wrote, a while ago, which you can read here, was mentioning the patch test reviewing the first underarm treatment as well as the results. I have already completed my four treatments and wanted to tell you about my experience, expectations and the results.

About Pulse Light Clinic
Pulse Light Clinic is based on Percy Street, near Tottenham Court Road (where I did my treatments) as well as near Bank. It offers a variety of services such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL treatments and skin treatments. The staff is very friendly and professional, the interior is white and the laser machines are sterile and clean so there is nothing to worry about.
Treatment
First you will have a patch test to see how your skin will react to laser. A small patch of your skin will be tested and then if everything goes well, you can start your treatment. The sessions last about three minutes, as the laser is very fast and efficient. You will feel a small pain aka ‘zapping’ when the laser goes through your skin. Do not worry though, as it is definitely not as painful as wax (imagine being hit with a rubber band). After the treatment is finished, the therapist will apply soothing aloe vera to prevent irritation, and you are free to go!
Expectations
I must say I was a bit sceptical about this laster treatment as I heard a lot of opinions that laser does not work on blonde hair, and it will not help me at all. However, I was hoping that it will work as a lot of my friends and bloggers have tried it and said that it made their life a whole lot easier! So even though I knew I couldn’t expect too much, I did have silent hopes that it will work!

Results
1st Treatment
I must say I was so surprised when I saw the results. After the first treatment, the hair started to fall out and I the remaining ones became much weaker. After two weeks, I could see 20% of the hair was gone.
2nd Treatment
After the second treatment, once again the hair fell out, and grew much weaker. 30% of the hair was gone, and grew much thinner. I had to shave maybe once a week.
3rd Treatment
During my third treatment we increased the strength of the laser, so it was stronger but also a bit more painful, however the results were great. A lot more hair fell out and I could see that it grew much slower, and 60% of the hair was gone. I shaved once a week but only because I could see some individual hair.
4th Treatment
I am now after the fourth treatment and I didn’t have to shave for 3 weeks at all. There is no sign of hair and my underarms are incredibly smooth. I am so thrilled that the treatment worked and I will repeat it once in a while to maintain this effect. I would recommend this to all my friends and family as honestly, it makes my life so much easier, provides long term results, it is less painful and is better for my wallet as I won’t have to constantly repeat the treatments. Every person should try this, and I would recommend trying it at Pulse Light Clinic!

Hello Stunning!
I hope you are as excited about the spring as I am! I could not wait for the cold winter months to be over and for spring to begin hence I got this beautiful flowers to celebrate the new season. The last few weeks I have been testing products from SkinYoga, a brand which features 100% natural skincare.

SkinYoga Sandalwood and Saffron Face Mask
The products from SkinYoga come in powder form so that you can store them safely, and once mixed with water they become active. This sandalwood mask has anti-ageing as well as brightening benefits. The sandalwood reverses signs of ageing, and the saffron improves the skin texture. A third ingredient is walnut which help to regenerate the skin, regaining its elasticity as well as boosts skin’s circulation. This mask is designed for dry and very dry skin.
As you can see the mask comes in powder form, so you need to mix one teaspoon with few drops of water. I applied the mask on my face and neck and waited for 15 minutes before rinsing it with water. My skin felt instantly revived, it looked brighter and no longer tired. The mask comes in a cute wooden box, and when you purchase the full size, the glass jar is much bigger and the cap is also made from glass. A nice addition to my face mask collection 🙂 Available from Naturallybetteryou£27/50g.

SkinYoga Coffee Body Scrub
As you all know I am a body scrub addict which I use once or twice a week so I was very excited to try this. Coffee scrubs are ideal for skin as they not only get rid of dead skin cells but also reduce cellulite, stretch marks, scars and help to even out the skin tone. The coffee scrub from SkinYoga is 100% natural, free from parbens, and artificial fragrances, but it still smells delicious like freshly brewed coffee.

The best way to use it, is to wash your body as usual, then apply the scrub on wet skin and massage it in circular motion. Then turn off the water for 2-3 minutes and let the oils hydrate your skin. Wash it off with water and pat dry your skin. After this scrub my skin felt so hydrated, nourished and revived that I wanted to repeat this process again during the week. This scrub is a must-have! Available from Naturallybetteryou, £34/200g.

Ania’s advice
1. Try natural skincare products
2. Use an exfoliator once a week
3. Find a time for a face mask.

Hello Stunning!
I don’t know if you already heard the exciting news but Wilkinson Sword has launched a new, sleek black packaging with vibrant colours to celebrate its amazing range of razors. I have always been a fan of the Intuition range as it an innovative product which makes shaving a lot more easier and effective. The new version of the product is even better, and I am so thrilled I had a chance to try it so quickly.

Wilkinson Sword Intuition Ultra Moisture
The new version of Wilkinson Sword has additional benefits such as Pro-Vitamin B5 and my favourite ingredient, Shea Butter which is well know for its hydrating benefits. Wilkinson Intuition was created to adjust perfectly to the body shape, and the blades adjust as you move the razor to achieve the perfect results.
What I love about this razor is the fact that it comes with a moisturising soap bar around it, meaning that you don’t need to use a shaving foam or soap. It is much better compared to a regular razor as you will not cut your skin, especially around your ankles and knees (which always happens to me) as the blades are flexible and the soap ensures that the razor glides smoothly. And once the soap bar has run out or the blades are used up, you can just restock with new blades – Easy!

The Ultra Moisture edition was ideal for me, as I am usually trying to save time on things such as shaving, so not only it reduces my shaving time, but hydrates my skin. I never experienced itching, a rash or dry skin after using Wilkinson Sword Intuition Moisture. My skin was amazingly smooth and hydrated. This is every woman’s must-have!Available from Wilkinson Sword, £8.99.

Ania’s advice:
1. Exchange your razors regularly
2. Always clean your razor
3. Moisturise after shaving

Hello Beauty!
I hope you are all doing well, and despite January being cold and rainy, you have managed to appreciate it and use it as an excuse to spend cosy evenings at home and learn about Hygge (the art of cosines). I have definitely used the cold evenings for pampering and ‘me’ time. This month I have been loving hydrating hair products, stunning fragrances, and luxurious makeup products.

Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation SPF10
I don’t usually use liquid foundation but lately I discovered this stunning foundation from Chanel. It is very light but provides the perfect coverage. Unlike other foundation, it does not feel heavy and does not crease. After applying my skin felt very hydrated and looked natural and flawless. Like all Chanel products, the packaging is beautiful and the foundation is very convenient to use thanks to the pump. A must-have. Available from Feelunique,  for £36.

Aura – Soma Pegasus Perfume

I find this brand really interesting as it has a fascinating brand philosophy. Aura-Soma Pegasus fragrances demonstrate the visual and non-visual energies of colour, combining the energies of both essential oils and herbal extracts, evoking a beautiful aroma and the potential to enlighten the wearer’s mood... Every fragrance has its own properties which are also reflected in the design of the packaging. The brand also rejects the use of synthetics and uses only natural, essential oils from plants and flowers to create these fragrances. I suggest you have a look at the website to see the philosophy behind each fragrance!

I recently received some gorgeous testers from Aura Soma and over the last few weeks I have been testing all of them to find out my favorites. The ones that particularly caught my attention were the below:

75 – Top Middle and Base Notes consist of: Orange, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Vanilla. This is quite an earthy smell, you can smell the patchouli mixed with neroli, so overall the scent is quite heavy with hints of spices.

30 – Top Middle and Base Notes consist of: Bergamot, Olibanum, Oudh, Jasmine, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Amber, Vanilla, Saffron, Vetiver, Musk. This scent is quite heavy, and spicy, I loved wearing it in the evenings. This was my favourite out of all of the Aura Soma fragrances.

56 – Top Middle and Base Notes consist of: Nutmeg, Violet, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Powder Notes, Sandalwood, Amber, Musk. It is sweet and the prominent note is the powder, and most of my friends loved it!

80 – Top Middle and Base Notes consist of: Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Lily, Carnation, Cinnamon, Benzoin, Rose, Vanilla. You can really smell the jasmine with a hint of vanilla, perfect for both day and night.

39 – Top Middle and Base Notes consist of: Bergamot, Lemon, Geranium, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, Cedarwood. This is probably the most subtle one. It can be easily worn during the day, I loved the zesty notes mixed with Cedarwood and vanilla.

All available from Aura-Soma website, for £85/50 ml

EMJ Classic Make-up Bag Large

Did you know that fabric make-up bags need to be exchanged every few months as they can accumulate bacteria, dirt and make-up? I know many of you cannot stand the thought of throwing your make-up bag away as it has been with you literally everywhere, but I am sorry, you need to let it go…
You can replace it with the amazing, super hygienic large make-up bag from emj. The bag can fit everything, including your hairbrush, and it can be cleaned regularly with an antibacterial wipe which will ensure that your skin will not be exposed to germs and old makeup. It is super convenient as it can hold everything, can be easily cleaned and has a fashionable faux leather element at the top. And the best part of it all is that you will not have to say goodbye to it soon! the emj company website, for£24.
Real Food Source Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
You probably noticed the crazy hype around Coconut oil and its endless amount of uses. I love using it as a body moisturiser, when creating a body scrub or a lip scrub. It smells super yummy, and if you like coconut, then you won’t mind smelling like pina colada.
What is amazing about this oil, is that it is 100% natural, so you avoid all the chemicals, silicones and ‘not so good’ substances. There are certain criteria that are important when choosing a coconut oil. It must be organic, extra virgin, cold pressed and it should be in a glass jar. The prices for extra virgin, coconut oil can range from £5-£50 a jar, depending on quality, brand and size. My current favourite is from RealFoodSource, for £4.19 for 500ml.

Joyce Moisture Recovery

I always discover that during the winter months my hair starts to tangle, look frizzy and it becomes unmanageable. I blame it on the wooly hats, the weather extremes and the scarves. During those months, our hair is exposed to damaging effects, and so it is important that we use hydrating products such as Joico Moisture Recovery to hydrate it and lock in the moisture.
Joico Moisture Recover is a leave-in moisturiser which you apply after washing your hair (and brush through). It hydrates the hair, so when it dries it is easy to brush through, smooth and looks glossy. Available from BeautyBay, for £9.25.

L’Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil

This oil is perfect pre-styling. It can work wonders even on a bad hair day. It contains a precious blend of 6 flower extracts which are great for the hair, providing the necessary nutrients that help it regain strength and make it look glossy. It can also be used as a heat protectant and as a hydrating oil on wet hair. I alway repurchase this oil as it has so many uses, is long lasting and really works. Available from Boots, for £9.99.

Ania’s advice:
1. Throw away your old make-up bag
2. Take care of your hair
3. Meet your girlfriends on Valentine’s Day

Hi Beauties!
December has been a super busy month and it has passed super quickly for me! Christmas shopping, Christmas and then skiing trip! I had lots of favourites that I wanted to share with you from this month without which I probably wouldn’t have survived 😉

Revlon uniq ONE All In One Hair Treatment
I love December but with December always comes the cold, scarves and coats which I also love but the scarves always end up tangling my hair. This year I discovered the treatment from Revlon which has been literally my rescue. This leave-in treatment is applied after you wash and condition your hair. All you need to do is to spray your hair and then brush through leaving you with untangled and gorgeous hair.
It can be used on both wet and dry hair. I usually use it on wet hair to nourish, condition and untangle my hair, but you can use it on dry hair as a styling product. It is available also in the lotus flower and coconut versions but the classic one is definitely my favourite! Available from Amazon, £7.99.
Maybeline Lash Sensational Mascara
This is my current favourite drugstore mascara! It works wonders, thickening and lengthening your eyelashes. It has a silicone wand which separates the lashes, creating a stunning false lash effect. The mascara looks best when applied in layers, the first separates and captures the smallest lashes and volumises the longer ones, the second will result in a irresistible multiplied lash look. Available in Boots, £7.99.
Nailsinc for Marie Claire Nail Polish
I got this for free with a copy of Marie Claire and I absolutely love this pastel nail polish. Nail polish usually doesn’t last long on my nails but this one lasts for 4-5 days which is pretty good! The colour is a light, pastel purple which is ideal in the winter months. An absolute must-have. I cannot find it anywhere but the closest one is probably Primrose-Hill Lane Gel Effect, available from Boots, £15.
Slimming Solutions Teatox
Before New Year’s Eve we always experience the panic attack and sudden motivation to lose weight and look gorgeous during the party. Most of the time, half way through the month we give up, as weightloss during such short period of time is impossible without help, but now I found a helping agent so you can lose weight in just 28 days. Teatox from Slimming Solutions is an effective tea detox which consists of both daytime and evening blend.
The daytime blend is to be enjoyed in the morning after waking up. The daytime blend is a mix of Chinese Oolong tea, Siberian Ginseng, Fennel, Lemongrass, Nettle leaves, Ginger root, Dandelion leaf, Ginseng root and Salvia militorrhiza.
The evening blend should be enjoyed every other evening before bed, and at least 30 minutes before the last meal of the day. The evening blend is a mix of Senna leaves, Hawthorn leaves, Lotus leaves, Fenugreek seeds, Burdock root, Peppermint, Psyllium seeds, Valerian root and Liquorice root.
The teatox has cleansing effect, helps constipation and bloating and increases energy levels. I really enjoyed this 28 day pack. Both teas taste great, and over the time I felt better, healthier and I felt that my skin improved as well. The Teatox also increased my metabolism, improved my digestion and made me feel much healthier. Available from Slimming Solutions, £34.99.
Mitchum Advanced Women 48h Protection Powder Fresh Antiperspirant
This is my winter deodorant. It offers maximum protection, using its new oxygen odour control technology. It really reduces sweating, odour and helps to stay fresh throughout the day. It is also very hydrating as it contains Aloe Vera and Vitamin E so you can always use it, even if you just shaved your underarms. It is a creamy deodorant and so it does leave marks on dark clothes, however, that is why I use it in winter months as you always wear long sleeves! Available from Boots, £3.20.

 Skinfix Hand Repair Cream
During the winter months my hands always get very dry because of the weather extremes. Sometimes I experience extremely dry hands and to be honest with you till this day I haven’t found a great hand cream, until I tried this Skinfix. The cream is very thick, fragrance free and very hydrating. Whenever I have dry skin patches I just apply this and after 2-3 applications they tend to disappear.
It contains sweet almond oil, Shea butter and vitamin E which are very nutritious and help to create a barrier to protect the skin from the irritants and helps to lock in the moisture. If you suffer from dry hands, this is a cream to try. Available in Boots, £12.99.
Ania’s advice:
1. Enjoy the last days of 2016
2. Dress up for New Year’s Eve
3. Get ready for new challenges!

Hi Beautiful!
Christmas is just few days away so I wanted to create this guide for any last minute christmas gifts as sometimes you just can’t find anything for a person until the very last day before Christmas! Or you might have just been postponing buying gifts until this week which can also be the case! This guide  is filled with gifts from categories such as skincare, bodycare, homeware and interior decorating. I hope you will feel inspired!

Tiger Gold Candle Plates and Jewellery Box

Tiger is one of these places where you can find a gift for everyone. Its sections are filled with homeware, stationary, beauty and anything you can wish for, is probably there. Their stock changes monthly so every time you visit you will find something new. I love these gold candle plates as you can use them not only for a candle, but also as a jewellery plate or to store your keys and coins at home. The trays cost £2 each.
The jewellery box is a stunning gift as well, it has glass walls so you can see everything inside, and this vintage design fits in perfectly with the other items in my room. It is a perfect gift for anyone, and I am really in love with it! Definitely worth the bargain price of £6.

HM Home Leopard-print cup

HM home is one of those places where you can buy a gift for a home lover, interior design freak or a person who has everything as who doesn’t like receiving a cool mug, a gold pillow or a beautiful candle?
I really love this mug, as it is very pretty and I would definitely gift it to a blogger as it looks great in photographs too! It is pretty big, so perfect for a large cup of coffee on a monday morning, and once you drink it you will get a motivational quote – Go wild! Love Love Love! Available from hm, £6.99.

Dr Bronner’s 8-1 uses soap

With the latest boom of multipurpose products, I always look for some cool ones on the market. Dr Bronner’s 8 in 1 soap has many uses. It can be used for a facial, shampoo, laundry, floor detergent or even to wash your dog. You just can’t go wrong with this gift! Available from here £9.99

Dr Bronner’s Orange Lavender Organic Hand & Body Lotion

This body lotion is an ideal gift for a body care lover, or a person who loves to lounge. Like all the products from this brand, it is organic and has beneficial properties for the skin. The smells reminds me of Provence during spring, and the blooming lavender. The lotion is quite light, absorbs quickly and like I said, it smells divine! Available from here for £8.99.

DR Bronner’s Peppermint Organic Lip Balm

This is a nice addition to a Christmas gift, the small lip balm is a super handy gift that you can give to any girl as you can never have too many lip balms! Made with organic essential oils it, bees wax, jojoba and avocado they create a protective barrier on your lips. Available from here for £2.99.

The Brilliant Balance Skincare Collection

I find gift sets a great solution when I have no inspiration for gifts. They come at a great price and usually you can find really good deals. The Brilliant Balance Collection consists of a daily moisturiser to hydrate and brighten the skin, a night cream to recover and repair the skin and an enzyme scrub to get rid of the dead skin cells. These products come with a  free beauty bag which is very convenient for travelling. Available from here, £29.99.

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I hope everything is going well and you are starting to think about Christmas Shopping already! I cannot wait until Christmas, I am already starting to listen to Christmas songs, lighting up candles and spraying my room with the Winter spray from The White Company. This year, I decided to start my Christmas Shopping early, and I decided to publish my stocking filler post now so that you can avoid the last minute Christmas Shopping Fever. This post features some fragrance, skincare, bodycare and accessories so you can literally find something for everyone!

Brushes
Need to get something for a girl who has literally everything? Brushes are always a good idea as they need to be replaced every now and then.
WooBamboo! Toothbrush
I know what you might be thinking… Toothbrush, is she crazy? This toothbrush is a great gift for every single person. The WooBamboo toothbrush is made from organically grown bamboo which is sustainable and also panda friendly! Every person uses up multiple toothbrushes in a year which unfortunately results in unnecessary pollution, so switching to the bamboo toothbrushes will be beneficial for the entire planet.
Another advantage of these toothbrushes is that they have a super cool design and can be customised so you can paint someone’s name or write a message which makes this gift even more unique. Love this! Available from Amazon, £8.31.
PS Pro Blending Brush Medium
I recently saw these brushes in Primark and I couldn’t resist the bargain price! This one only costs £2.50 which is not even comparable to the other high street brands. This brush has a plastic handle and artificial bristle but still does the job and is great for blending. A perfect gift for a makeup junkie!
The Vintage Company Powder Brush
I think almost every person I know uses powder foundation, so this is quite a universal gift, you just can’t go wrong with. The brushes from The Vintage Company are ideal for stocking fillers as they are nicely packaged in a retro styled box. The brushes are made with artificial bristle, and a plastic handle. I am a fan of the design as it really reminds me of the 60s so this gift would be great for a girl who loves the retro and vintage feel!

L’Occitane Mini Shower Gels
I found lots of these mini Shower Gels at home as I am a loyal L’Occitane fan so I often get these with purchase. I think these are ideal for stocking fillers as they smell nice, are good for the skin and the packaging is pretty. You can often purchase these in a set, so head over to your L’Occitane store and get browsing!
L’Occitane Neroli and Orchidee Body Milk
This is my favourite range from L’Occiatne. I mentioned it already a few times on this blog. It smells absolutely divine and I think that this travel size is just so convenient! Smells divine, looks divine, can replace perfume on a relaxed day. Great gift for a jet setter, a person who loves to lounge or just any girl!
Marc Jacobs Decadence Sensual Shower Gel
The Decadence fragrance from Marc Jacobs is very unique and it is definitely not for everyone. You will either love it or hate it, so it is quite a tricky gift. I would recommend it for a person who loves heavy fragrances and who often mixes different scents together. It is the most expensive stocking filler but if you want to buy something from high end, this is ideal. I got this with a fragrance purchase but a full size costs £34 for 150 ml in Boots

Nouevau Lashes Glamour/ Style 1
Strip lashes are a great stocking filler as they are not pricey but look stunning. My current favourites are from Nouveau Lashes Glamour Style 1. They have a dramatic effect and make your lashes long, thick and glamorous. Available for £4.95 from Nouveau Lashes Website
NYX Pore Filler

Get the perfect looking makeup with the NYX pore filler! It works as a perfect foundation base, reducing the appearance of pores, leaving you with a flawless makeup. If you want the porcelain doll-like finish, this would be a perfect gift for yourself! Available at Selfridges, £11.
NYX Liquid Suade Cream Lipstick
I think that nail polishes and lipsticks are from the same category – You can never have too many! The Suade Cream Lipstick leaves that desirable, matte finish. It is velvety soft and waterproof, so ideal for the rainy London weather. Available in a variety of shades Selfridges, £6.50.
Leighton Denny Nail Polish
You can never have too many nail polishes. I am currently into neutral colours so I would recommend the Brief Encounter by Leighton Denny. They are a bit more pricey than the usual polishes you can get in Boots but they are beautifully designed and the shades are stunning! Available from Lookfantastic, £12.

Impulse Body Spray Mini Cracker Gift
I love love love christmas crackers, especially if they contain beauty products inside! The Crackers by Impulse is a must buy! Not only is it a cute, gift, it is also very useful. Each fragrance is different, the fragrances included are Ver Pink, Why Not and Rock and Love. Each fragrances is 35ml so can be carried in a handbag as well as is super convenient for travel. Available at Superdrug, for £4.
Ania’s advice:
1. Decorate your home
2. Listen to Xmas Songs!
3. Go Ice Skating

LOLA Makeup Exclusive Libbie Club Satin Eyeshadow Pair
I got the 017 Satin Eyeshadow in this month’s box. Lately I am obsessed with gold, satin and shimmery shadows as they just add a lot of ‘glamour’ to my make-up. The shades from Lola are easy to apply, and can be applied with a brush or applicator. I am a fan of brushes which is why I always apply the shadows with brushes as they are easier to blend in, especially if you use a variety of shades together.

This eyeshadow can be used wet or dry. Wet your brush or applicator before applying for a more intense effect. It can be used for daily as well as for evening events. I love it!

Special Offer: 15% off, Save £3

Ania’s advice:
1. Remember to take care of your feet
2. Light up your candles
3. Start Xmas Shopping!
