Hello and Welcome to my blog!
Today I present to you the October Libbie Club, filled with essential skincare, haircare and fragrance! October is the time when the weather in London starts to go wrong, and we are desperately searching for our warm cardigans, always carrying hot drinks and avoiding leaving the house. Luckily this month’s Libbie Box can keep you busy and you can stay home and relax with a great face mask, hair serum and a lovely fragrance. You can get all the products from my page, here

Anne Semonin The Daily Musts
As you can probably guess this is my favourite product from this month’s box. The set consists of 4 masks: Cream Mask, Exfoliating Mask, Gel Mask and Mineral Mask. Each mask has different properties, and the masks should be ideally used alternately everyday or at least 2 times a week. I always apply masks on the face and neck as those are the two areas that age the fastest.
Cream Mask – for dry, sensitive and irritated areas, aiming to sooth and reduce redness and energise the skin. This was my favourite as it hydrated and nourished my skin, leaving it glowing.
Exfoliating Mask – aimed to get rid of dead skin, excess oils and bacteria. It restores the natural balance, and smoothes the texture of the skin. This masks smoothed down my skin and made it brighter and cleaner thanks to the exfoliating particles.
Gel Mask – as you can imagine, this masks has a cooling and recharging effect. It has soothing and restoring properties, aiming to reduce wrinkles + fine lines and improve skin elasticity. It was great to use after a night out. Its cooling effect feels incredible on the skin as well as under eyes, reducing puffiness and improving the general appearance of the skin.
Mineral Mask – containing powerful blend of sea minerals and botanical extracts, it is ideal for problematic skin, as it de-clogs pores. I liked using this mask when my skin needed a detox, the minerals are actively working on the skin, cleansing the pores, and making the skin healthier and glowing.
Overall, I was very happy with these masks, and I would recommend it to anyone, as each mask is tailored  to a specific need.

Salon Science Repair and Protect Duo

Salon Science is a lovely brand and it has already been featured on my blog. The brand comes from Switzerland, and uses the best technology to regenerate the hair.

The Reprotectant Thermal Cream is a heat protecting product, which not only protects the hair from heat but also conditions and locks in the hair colour and moisture. It creates a protective layer on top of the hair protecting it from heat as well as environmental damage. For best results I used it after washing my hair, and spraying each section prior to using a hairdryer. You can also use it on dry hair before straightening.
Being a fan of all smoothing products, this quickly became my daily essential. It not only smoothes the unruly hair but it also nourishes the hair, making it glossy and gorgeous. Great combination of hair products!

The Library of Fragrance, Cologne Spray: Musk #7
The Library of Fragrance has a wide range of different scents! In this month’s box I received the Musk #7 which is quite universal. Most of my favourite perfumes have Musk ingredient inside so I was looking forward to trying this one. This cologne spray has a clean, soft and powdery scent which can be used to layer additional fragrances. I was positively surprised by this perfume, as it is also long lasting. I want to get all of the range from the Library of Fragrance! Do you have a favourite?

Ania’s advice:
1. Try products from Anne Semonin
2. Experiment with fragrances
3. Start your Christmas Shopping

Hello Autumn!
Once again I  have a set of empties for you, I know that some of them are repeating from the previous empties but when I was moving I got mixed up so the ones I previously reviewed will not be mentioned here! Have a look at Empties #6! Enjoy!

Tom Ford Black Orchid
This perfume can be described in 5 words: warm, spicy, dark, seductive, sweet. It is based on Sandalwood, Amber, Chocolate Vanilla; has spicy fruity notes as well as Orchid as heart notes, and  is topped with Jasmine, Gardenia and Tuber. This perfume is ideal for a person who likes heavy, spicy scents, it is very distinctive so you will either love it or hate it. I love it and use it day and night, however a lot of people prefer to use it in the evenings. Available from Selfridges, £54/30ml.
Korres Jasmine Body Butter
This is a very hydrating body butter from Korres. I bought it in duty free on my way back from Prasonisi where I went kitesurfing. As you can probably imagine after 1 week in the sun, wind and on the beach, my skin was extremely dry. This body butter is very hydrating and after just a few applications my skin was nourished and quickly recovered. The secret is in the ingredients, filled with Shea butter, avocado, almond and sunflower, the body butter has softening and reconstructing properties + it smells gorgeous! Available from Feelunique, £12.50.
Roques Oneil Therapie Aura Spray
If you are looking for a face mist or setting spray, you could try the Restore Aura Spray from Roques Oneil. I go through face mists quite quickly and actually this is the second bottle I used up. You can carry it with you in your handbag, have it in your beauty cabinet or use it when travelling. It is a perfect product to take on the plane and it is exactly 100 ml. The product smells of different herbs  and flowers such as Rose, Spearmint, Rosemary, White Sage and Lemon. Available from Roques Oneil, £28.
Bioderma Micellar Water
Great for removing makeup, dirty and as part of an evening routine. Every girl should have micellar water in her beauty closet. Enough said. Available from Feelunique, £10.50.

Toni and Guy Dry Shampoo
This is my favourite dry shampoo, so you probably saw it in my previous empties. Dry shampoo is perfect for those days when you don’t have the time to wash your hair or simply don’t feel like it. I like the one from Toni and Guy as it doesn’t make the hair feel stiff after using like other products. It is long lasting, and gives you another day of clean hair. A must-have! Available from Boots, £7.49.

The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Miracle Solid Oil For Body and Hair
A solid Argan oil is all you need if you often suffer from dry skin. It is a solid oil which comes in a 50g metal tin. The oil needs to be warmed up in hands prior to applying. It is very hydrating and can be used on dry knees, elbows or any dry patches. You can also use it as hydrating treatment prior to washing your hair. Great for the autumn and winter months! Available from The Body Shop, £8.

Lancome Hypnose
This is the most expensive mascara I owned, I usually just buy drugstore mascaras as they are very effective and much cheaper. The mascara from Lancome is worth the price however as it made my lashes extremely long and thick. With the high end makeup also comes the beautiful packaging  as you can see above. If you are looking for a more luxurious mascara, I would recommend trying this one! (Available from Boots, £23.50)
Collection Long Lasting Concealer Shade Fair
As always the Collection Concealer is present in my empties. If there is one products that I use like its water, then its definitely this concealer. I never leave my house without touching-up my imperfections and this concealer does it so well. It provides great coverage, and can be used for lighter or heavier makeup. The price makes this products 10/10! Available in Boots, £4.19.
Ania’s advice:
1. Try a new perfume!
2. Find your perfect halloween costumer
3. Light up the candles

It is September Favourites time once again! I had a lot of haircare favourites this month as Autumn is usually the month during which I experiment with my hair. This is because I need to change my summer wardrobe to the autumn/winter one which includes knitwear, scarves and coats so straight down summer hair is often not an option as it can end up looking very messy and knotted.

Schwarzkopf got2b Oil-licious Tame and Shine Styling Oil
This is probably my favourite product from the September Favourites. I use hair oil everyday to tame the frizz, but a lot of people find that very surprising as they think it will weigh the hair down and make it look greasy. That is certainly not true, as long as you apply it the right way which is from mid-length down, applying it by only touching your hair lightly. My hair is very long so I use 2 pumps of the product but 1 pump is suitable for shorter hair.
The oil can be used as daily treatment to nourish the hair, on damp hair before styling/blow drying or as a mask pre-washing. It is a multi-purpose product and is very handy at all times. Also the oil smells divine and the sweet smell of Argan stays on the hair, which is another benefit. This has become my daily essential, replacing my other hair oils. Available in Boots, £4.19.

Schwarzkopf got2b Playful Styling Primer
This is the first time I tried a styling primer for the hair. It helps to manage the hair, making it soft and  easier to style. This primer can be used both on dry and wet hair to create a variety of styles. I liked using it when creating pony tails and buns and when curling my hair. It makes styling process a lot easier, helping to control the hair whilst styling and makes the hairstyles last longer. Available in Boots, £4.19
Schwarzkopf got2b Powder’ful Volumising Styling Powder
It if you are looking for an immediate volume you will love this product. First of all it is very convenient as you can carry it with your wherever you go. The product itself is a white powder which you shake on your palms and rub them together and then distribute on the hair focusing on the roots. It will instantly boost the hair volume, and lift the hair so it looks great on all hair lengths and since mine is long and heavy this product was very effective for pony tails, buns and tied-up hair. Available in Boots, £4.19
Vatika DermoViva Honey Face Wash
This is a new product from Vatika, it has the ideal combination of ingredients for glowing skin – almonds, aloe vera, and honey. It is Paraben and SLS free and consists of natural ingredients. The face wash has more of a gel consistency which is very convenient to apply.
The product has a delicate honey smell, and it leaves the skin hydrated and glowing. I preferred using it under the shower as a first step of my cleansing routine. I massaged it into the face and neck and then washed it off after use, following with a micellar water. It left my skin cleansed and hydrated. Available on Amazon, £3.99.
Bourjois Volume Clubbing Mascara
This mascara is a life changing product. Firstly it actually fulfils all of it’s promises, it adds volume to your lashes. Secondly, it doesn’t crumble so you will not have the dark dots under your eyes, and thirdly it is long lasting. It is perfect for everyday use, as well as clubbing if you add multiple layers. Check my latest Instagram pictures to see how it looks on the eyes! Available from Boots, £7.99.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion (Original)
As you know I am a fan of Urban Decay Eyeshadows, but I like when they last the whole day and evening so I decided to try out their eyeshadow primer. If you often use eyeshadows, this is a product you definitely should try. You apply it on your eyelids, prior to applying the shadow. It maintains your eyeshadow in perfect condition throughout the day so you will not need to reapply. Great product! Available from Urban Decay, £16.
Ania’s advice:
1. Focus on haircare
2. Take out your cosy cardigans
3. Get Pumpkin Spice Latte

Hello Gorgeous

Unfortunately summer is over and it is time to put away your colourful swimsuits, and take out the cosy cardigans out of your wardrobe. The September Libbie Club is filled with product which will prepare your skin for the changing weather conditions, and will help recover your hair after summer adventures. As always there are great offers and fantastic products, all available from Libbie Club

Evolve Organic Beauty Hyaluronic Serum 200
Everybody is talking about the incredible benefits of the hyaluronic acid so I was looking forward to trying this one from Evolve Beauty. It is a pure serum for normal to dry skin containing 200mg of hyaluronic acid. It promises to hydrate and plump the skin, smoothing the fine lines and wrinkles. The serum is formulated with nourishing rosewater and pomegranate known for its softening and protecting properties.
I used the serum only once a day, not to overload my skin with the hyaluronic acid. I suggest using it in the evening on face and neck prior to applying moisturiser. I gave it to my mum to try out as well, since her skin in more suitable for this serum. She found that it was very hydrating and overtime it reduced the appearance of wrinkles as well.

Paul Yacomine Micro Duo
As you know I love haircare, and I am constantly testing new products especially those for dry hair. This set contains two products, Micro Treatment Oils and Micro Finish. The Micro Treatment Oils is a traditional serum emulsified with the best essential oils. These oils help to prevent the serum film forming properties becoming continuous, meaning that the serum only gets the the parts of the cuticle that need it. This emulsion process also helps with removal during washing. The serum protects the hair from the damaging effects of the Sun, Sea and Chlorine. Use before drying.
The Micro Finish is created with organic essential oils, which nourish and detoxify the hair. It helps to remove dirt from the hair, nourishing it at the same time. It should be used as an serum on dry hair.  It quickly absorbs into the hair, without weighing it down, giving it a luxurious shine.
I found these products to work well on my hair. The Micro Treatment Oils acts like a heat protectant and detangler, making brushing a lot easier. The Micro Finish, smoothed down the frizz after drying, making my hair luscious. It is a perfect product if you need instant repair for damaged, coloured and chemically treated hair.

Dr Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel
This is a two-step acid peel which contains a combination of 7 acids. The pack contains 5 treatments, and I would recommend using it 1 week or once every 2 weeks. The first step contains exfoliating acids which help to rejuvenate the skin, and the 2nd step controls the alpha hydroxy acid activity and has anti ageing properties, nourishing the skin, balancing the PH and making the skin radiant. The product promises to smooth fine lines, even out the texture and reduce the appearance of pores.
It can be used in the morning or evening. The first step should be applied on clean, dry skin, swiping the pad gently across the face. Wait two minutes, and then apply step 2. IMPORTANT – do not rinse after either step or use products containing alcohol.

Ania’s advice:
1. Remember to use an exfoliator
2. Use serum before moisturiser
3. Smile 🙂

Hello beauty
I apologize for the lack of activity. If you follow me on Instagram, you will know I took a trip to Milan, a stunning city! This time I wanted to share with you my favourite products from June as I didn’t have time to do that before I left 🙂

NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Or
This product is perfect for the endless summer days. The oil is not only hydrating but it is also shimmering so whenever you are exposed to sun or light your skin will be glowing. I love to apply it to my collar bones and arms especially when I am wearing a summer dress. The oil can also be used on the hair, but I prefer to use it on my body. It has a lovely, delicate smell which can be combined with perfume or worn alone. A summer must- have! Available from Lookfantastic, £19.

Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist
Face mists come in handy especially during warm summer days. I recently got this Rosewater Balancing Mist from Jurlique and I have been using it throughout June in the mornings, evenings and often during the day to refresh, hydrate and restore my skin. The mist smells DIVINE, and if you are a fan of rose water this mist will definitely please your senses. The mist is filled with antioxidant properties, which have many skincare benefits. If you are looking for a product for your bedside table, this is perfect. Available from Lookfantastic, £24.

The Body Shop Wild Argan Miracle Solid Oil For Body and Hair
This is a very cool product which I recently discovered. It is a solid argan oil, which has great benefits for skin and hair. In order to apply it, you need to warm it up in your hands so that it becomes more liquid. It smells beautifully and really hydrates the dry skin areas. I would recommend using it on elbows and knees or any dry skin patches. Available from The Body Shop, £8.

Vatika Black Seed Complete Care Shampoo
This shampoo has been recommended to me for everyday hair care. It is quite hydrating but does not weigh your hair down so can be used daily if necessary. Black seed is well known for its beneficial haircare properties such as promoting hair growth, preventing hair loss, thickening the hair and improving overall hair health. This shampoo worked well for me, and after using it I noticed that my hair became smoother and looked better. Available from Tesco, £2.99.

Invisibobble
I am sure you already heard about this hair accessory. These are hair ties that don’t pull your hair and keep them in place. Since my hair is thick and long, during summer I usually wear it up. I really like the pink invisibobble but they are also available in other colours. Available from Justbeauty, £3.44.

NYX Illuminator Magnetique
This is an amazing Illuminator! When applied on skin it looks like light bronzer/blush with gold sparkles. It is ideal for light summer makeup, and I use it everyday to add a bit of colour to my cheeks. It stays on the skin for the whole day and the product lasts for at least 2-3 months. Add some glow to your skin with NYX illuminator!
Ania’s advice:
1. If you are blonde don’t use products for brown hair
2. Even if your friend says it is ok
3. Do NOT do it! (experienced it)

Hi Gorgeous!
It is empties time again! I always promise myself I will post about empty products as soon as I have enough but I always get other products I want to write about first. Sorry if they the empties post are too close together, but I am a fan of empties posts so I think the more the better, I hope you enjoy reading it!

Antipodes Jubilation Ultra Nourishing Hand and Body Cream
As a loyal fan of Antipodes, I recently finished their Jubilation cream which smells divine! It reminded me of freshly cut herbs which was a perfect smell before going to sleep. It is filled with ingredients such as wild blackcurrant, avocado oil, kiwi seed and vitamin A, C and E which are very good for the skin. The cream is hydrating, and absorbs fairly quickly into the skin. As you can see, I loved it so much I used my tube wringer to get the last drop of product! Available from Lookfantastic, £24.29.
Phyto 7 Hydrating
Phyto 7 is one of my favourite hair products and I think this is already the 3rd one that I finished. The size is very convenient and you can take it with you wherever you go. It is very hydrating, infused with 7 pure and natural plant extracts. It literally feel like a cream which is quite unusual for hair products. It prevents frizz, helps to style as well as hydrate the hair. A must- have hair product 🙂 Available from Feelunique, £15.50.

The Body Shop Honey and Oats 3 in 1 Scrub Mask
I am always talking about this face mask as it smells like a mix of honey, almonds and oats. It cleanses, polishes and moisturises. You can use 2 or 3 times a week during a pamper evening. Before applying, cleanse your skin, ensuring that the cotton pad is clean. Then apply a layer of the mask on your skin, leave it on for 15 minutes and relax. Gently massage it into your skin with water, to exfoliate the dead skin cells. After the mask my skin is always glowing and hydrated, definitely will repurchase. Available from The Body Shop, £11.

Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Water
I liked this micellar water as it removes the make-up very well, without stripping the skin from its oils. It is filled with minerals and multivitamins, and removes all the impurities, and unclogs the pores. It is one of the choices from the drugstore that is worth the hype. Available from Boots, £4.49.

Perricone MD Neuropeptide Necolletage
This was the first time I tried a product from this brand. I frequently heard about it but now that I finally got a chance to try it, I will not change this for anything else. This product is aimed at the neck and décolletage area, aiming to reduce fine lines.

Although I do not have fine lines, I noticed that the product had an incredible firming effect on the skin. I applied it on the neck and the chest area, and I can honestly say that I noticed a difference. The product comes in a glass bottle with a pump so it is very easy to use it. The scent is herbal, so if you read my blog you will know that I am a fan of aromatherapy so this obviously worked for me! Available from Perricone MD, £128.

Deep Sleep Dream Cream

This cream The scent is a mix of lavender, chamomile, and Vetivert. Massage this cream into your body to hydrate, nourish and relax your body. Remember to breathe in the scent and enjoy the aromatherapy. I am a fan of this cream as it quickly sinks into your skin, repairs damaged skin and has a firming effect. Great if you cannot sleep! Available from Feelunique, £18.

Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo and Conditioner
Aussie Miracle Moist is my haircare saviour, it helps to untangle even the worst knots and hydrates the hair. I always wash my hair twice, then apply the conditioner, applying from the roots till the ends. This range smells like bubblegum and reminds me of my childhood every time. I always take these products when I go to the seaside and when I do water sports as it is the only thing that works. If you have dry hair problems, get this! Available from Boots, £5.99.

Sanctuary Spa Smoothing Silk Polish
Once again, this is another tub of the Santuary Spa Silk Polish. This product will work for you if you like the scents such as Neroli, mixed with essential oils. The products from this range help to clear your mind, reduce stress, tension and anxiety before going to sleep. I tried to find it but I think that it might have been discontinued. If you find it, do let me know!
 Ania’s advice:
1. Do not open all your products
2. Use up the products you have
3. Stop buying! (joking, its impossible)

Hello Everyone!
It has been a while since I posted an empties post, and I have accumulated so many empties boxes that I need to finally write about them. This time I have products from across all categories, skincare, haircare, bodycare and makeup so am sure you will find something interesting for yourself as well.

Mitchum Advanced Women 48h Protection Anti-perspirant Deodorant
I used up two of these as I found Mitchum to be a very effective antiperspirant. It is a creamy deodorant, which makes it is quite hydrating and therefore can be used after you shave without irritating your armpits. It has a very unique smell, quite medicinal I would say, but I really liked it. However, since it is a white, creamy deodorant it can leave white marks on dark clothes. Available in Boots, £3.20
Holland and Barrett Skin Hair Nails
After the winter months, my hair and nails are quite damaged and need a vitamin boost! So I always reach for Holland and Barrett Skin Hair Nails which immediately strengthens all 3. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a beauty boost! Available in Holland and Barrett, £10.29
Bourgeois Silk Edition Compact Powder
Bourgeois is always one of my favourite choices for powder foundation. It is light, easy to apply and provides an airbrush finish. Actually, many people complemented my make-up when I was wearing this powder, as it provides a light, fresh coverage. I particularly like that it comes with a mirror and a sponge so can be used on the go, and I can always have it in my handbag. Available in Boots, £8.99.

Osmo Intensive Deep Repair Mask
I got this in the December Dollibox, and I had very good impressions of this product. It was hydrating, smoothed down the frizz and smelt like almonds! I used it all over my hair 2 times a week when my hair was very damaged and it really helped. It is also very reasonable priced so I would give it a try if your hair is dry and damaged. Available at Feelunique, £3.

Burt’s Bees Honey Lip Balm
Dry lips – this is the best remedy, 100% natural, smells of beeswax, what more could you want?

Clinique High ImpactMascara
This has been featured previously in my December Favourites. I was happy with this mascara as it lengthened and thickened my lashes without clumping them together. I like to have a small mascara on me wherever I go in case I want to fix my makeup so I would recommend getting this one.

L’Occitane Shea Hand Cream
Since I have so many empties, I am going to be very brief about this hand cream. It is a second or third tube that I already finished. It is my ultimate dry hands remedy as it is filled with vitamin E, 20% Shea Butter, honey and sweet almond extract and aromas of jasmine and yland-yland essences. Available from L’Occitane, £8.

Caudalie Honey and Hand Cream
Unfortunately this has been discontinued even though it was a great hand cream. I don’t really like floral hand creams, so I try to find ones that smell like honey or almonds or have sweet scent notes. This hand cream was hydrating and smelt amazing so I cannot get over the fact that I can no longer buy it…if you find anything similar please let me know!

Lush Rub Rub Rub
As you can see, I have been using a lot of products from Lush lately so I have a lot of them to review! Rub Rub Rub is a very light salt scrub. It can be used on wet skin as a gentle exfoliant or on dry skin for a more harsh exfoliation. Apparently it can also be used on the hair, but it did not work on my dry hair. I preferred using it on wet skin, in the shower focusing on the décolletage area and using a scrub with thicker grains on other body parts. Available from Lush, £8.95.

Lush Oatfix Fresh Face Mask
If you are looking for a nourishing face mask then Lush is always a good choice. I love the Oatfix mask as it is very hydrating and smells of sweet almonds! It is mildly exfoliating so after 10-15 minutes, you can gently massage it into your skin to exfoliate the dead skin, using warm water. Like all Lush masks it does not disappoint. Available from Lush, £6.75.

Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub
Lip scrubs have become very popular lately, as they smooth the lips, making the lipstick look so much better. The Popcorn lip scrub is so delicious as it is made with popping candy, coconut oil and caster sugar. I know that the pot may seem quite small, but it lasts forever, even if you are obsessed like me and use it daily. Available from Lush, £5.50.
Pecksniff’s England Sandalwood and Vanilla Moisturising Shower Gel
Last but definitely not least is the shower gel from Pecksniff’s. There are two main scent notes in this shower gel, one is sandalwood and the other vanilla, which complement each other and will make you feel like you are in a Romanian Spa. If you are a fan of earthy smells, this is one to try. The shower gel is also hydrating, leaving your skin soft and nourished. Available from Pecksniff website, £30.

Ania’s advice:
1. Try wearing minimal makeup
2. You can still keep mascara *-*
3. Get a tan

Hello Gorgous!
If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that lately I am hitting the gym quite often. I decided to adapt this healthy lifestyle in winter, and I can already see great results. My skin looks better, I wake up full of energy, and obviously I can see the effects of working out on my body. I feel ready for summer and definitely more confident as well. However going to the gym does require some effort, and I need to prepare before going, so here are my gym essentials without which I don’t leave the house!

Sure Maximum Protection Sport Strength
This is my number 1 essential. I can never go to the gym without a good deodorant that will prevent odour and will help me stay as glamorous as I can whilst doing push-ups, running or boxing. The Sure deodorant is one of the best deodorants I tried as it prevents excessive sweating, and the effect lasts, so you don’t need to constantly reapply it.
What I like about this particular deodorant is that it has skin moisturising ingredients, and does not irritate the skin, even if you apply it straight after shaving. Sure claims that it is 2x stronger than the leading antiperspirant, and I can agree that it is probably the strongest antiperspirant I tried. I would definitely recommend to take this deodorant to the gym if you want to prevent perspiration in the gym. Available in Boots, £4.99.
Wilkinson Sword Quattro Raspberry Rain Disposable Razor
I always carry a razor in my gym bag in case I come straight from university or work, and need to use it before working out. Right now, I am using the Raspberry Rain Razor from Wilkinson Sword. It is a disposable razor, and it is available in a pack of 3 so it is very convenient. However, unlike regular razor, it has 4 blades, helping to target all areas, leaving your skin silky smooth. Also, it may seem hard to believe, but the handle is raspberry scented so your gym bag will smell lovely and, well, using a raspberry scented razor is pretty cool don’t you think? 😉 Available in Boots, £5.99.
Toni and Guy Dry Shampoo
There are those days when your hair is looking terrible and you cannot face the gym without a can/bottle of dry shampoo. My favourite one is from Toni and Guy, as it is lightweight, cleanses the hair and does not stick them together. It adds at least an extra day of freshness, so you will look stunning at the gym even if your hair is not freshly washed. Available in Boots, £7.49.
Dr Paw Paw Multipurpose Balm
There is nothing worse than dry lips at the gym, so I always take Dr Paw Paw original multipurpose balm which I can also use on my cuticles and hair. It doesn’t have a scent, so it will not bother you during your workout. It is made with natural ingredients with healing properties so ideal for workout time. Available from Dr Paw Paw, £6.95.
Tabitha James Kraan Organic Hair Cleanser Golden Citrus
Obviously showering after the gym is essential, and usually you do need to wash your hair, unless you do some lightweight exercise like stretching or yoga. I am a fan of Tabitha James Kraan, ever since I tried her conditioner.

I consider going to the gym to be a detoxifying activity for me so I try to use minimal amount of chemicals, during and after exercising which is why I chose the Organic Hair Cleanser. It is formulated with 86% organic ingredients such as oatmilk, argan oil, coconut oil, aloe vera and essential oil (neroli, tea tree, angering, lavender, myrrh and bergamot) which are great for hair and scalp. This shampoo not only cleanses the hair but also balances and soothes the scalp, reduces frizz and strengthens the hair. It is ideal for after gym as it also calms excessive oil production and has anti-inflammatory properties. Available from Au Sujet De Vert, £22.50/150ml.

The Collection Concealer (Shade 1)
I am a fan of minimal makeup in the gym, as sweating with a full makeup face is not good for the skin at all. However, I cannot go to the gym completely bare faced so I always take my Collection Concealer. I am always talking about this concealer so to keep it short, it provides great coverage, lasts long and looks great throughout the workout.
Body Wash
I always take a travel size body wash with me to the gym in case there are no body washes available or I don’t like the products. After the gym I like to use a body wash which has a fresh smell like this one, formulated with geranium, lavender and peppermint which when combined together smell divine.
Ania’s advice:
1. Aim to workout 2 – 3 times a week
2. Don’t get demotivated if you don’t see results straight away
3. Create a ‘gym essentials’ bag
